Thank you for shopping with Sweet October. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged by our family with intention and care. Below you’ll find details about our processing and shipping timelines.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated.

Processing time includes:

  • Quality inspection
  • Careful packaging
  • Preparation for shipment

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Personalized pieces, including monogram necklaces, require additional preparation time.

Processing time for personalized items:
7–14 business days before shipment.

This allows us to thoughtfully create your custom piece.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped within the timeframe listed on the product page.

Please note:

  • Pre-orders are produced after purchase
  • Shipping dates are estimates
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are ready

We recommend placing separate orders if you need non-pre-order items sooner.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Sweet October is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Sweet October is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are always happy to assist when possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.


International Shipping 

We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
